consigning & curating
how do i become a consignor?
fill out our online form, and we'll send you a digital contract. once approved, you can drop off your pieces. drop offs are accepted the last week of every month monday 1-4 pm, tuesday 3-6 pm.
how many items can i consign at once?
we typically accept 20–50 pieces per drop. each item should be clean, gently worn, and folded or hung neatly.
what types of items do you accept?
we focus on timeless, high-quality fashion — think minimalist, vintage, trendy, in style or well-made contemporary brands. no fast fashion or damaged items, please.
do you accept new items?
yes — if they're thoughtfully made and fit our curated aesthetic.
can i consign items from brands that aren't designer?
absolutely. what matters most is quality, style, and longevity.
what is the commission split?
consignors earn 50% of the selling price.
how and when do i get paid?
payouts happen on the first tuesday of every month. any balance in your account is yours — always, no exceptions.
what happens if my items don't sell?
we'll let you know. you can choose to pick them up or have them donated.

how do you price items?
pricing is guided by brand, condition, and style — always with resale value and your potential payout in mind.
can i request a specific price?
we choose the final pricing to sell responsibly and fairly.
do you mark items down?
yes — items stay online at full price for 30 days, then move to half price for the next 60.
shipping & delivery
do you ship outside of our city?
yes — we ship Canada-wide.
how long does shipping take?
typically 3–7 business days, depending on location.
how is shipping calculated?
shipping is based on weight, size, and destination. costs are clearly displayed at checkout.
can i track my order?
yes — tracking info is sent as soon as your package ships.
what happens if my order is lost or damaged?
we'll work with you to resolve it.

do you accept returns or exchanges?
all sales are final — we don't accept returns or exchanges.
what if an item arrives damaged?
contact us promptly. we'll make it right with a refund or replacement.

you will receive a link to access the portal, or find the portal link on our website. log in is with your email.
how do i sign up for your newsletter?
enter your email on our website to get early access, curated finds, and style updates.
how do i know if an item is still available?
availability is shown in real time on the website. or a consignor's items show up on their consignor portal.
